Terms of sale

1. The seller

2. What is sold

Access to a digital adventure to enjoy on a smartphone, through a personal link. Access to the Himalayan suspension bridge and the trails is free and is not part of the sale.

3. Price

Prices are in euros, including all taxes. “Secrets of the Bridge”: €14.90 per group. Launch price: €9.90 VAT incl. per group for people on the waiting list before sales open, who receive this price by email. Launch offer valid until 31 December 2026 for waiting-list members. From 01 January 2027: €14.90 VAT incl. per group. VAT treatment to be validated.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made through a secure payment provider. Access is only granted once the provider has confirmed the payment. The access link is sent by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

In principle, you have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content supplied immediately, this right only ends if, when ordering, you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. Without both conditions, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. To be validated.

6. Safety outdoors

The adventure takes place outdoors, at your own risk. Follow the bridge rules (closed in storms, strong wind or frost, on hunting days and during works; hold children’s hands; dogs on a lead; bikes pushed), the National Park guidelines, and stay on the paths. Every stage can be unlocked by hand: the adventure never requires you to leave a path. Liability clause to be validated.
